I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Shin Osaka Esaka Tokyu Rei. The location next to Esaka station made navigating the city easy. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I appreciated the clean, well-appointed room. A drawback was the cramped feel of the space, but it didn’t overshadow the experience.

We had an amazing time staying here while exploring attractions like Osaka Castle and Universal Studios. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and it was nice being close to Esaka station for easy travel. The area had plenty of dining options and shops. You’ll appreciate the cleanliness and the helpful staff, making it a solid pick for friends' trips.
The only downside was the room size. it felt a bit cramped for our group. We struggled to find enough space to unpack our suitcases comfortably.

Great location with easy access
I had a comfortable stay here for 5 nights, right near Esaka station which made traveling around Osaka a breeze. The room was small but clean and quiet, perfect for a business trip. The hotel offers a variety of food and shopping options right at your doorstep. The only downside was the limited breakfast options and relatively high price if not included in the package.

The location near Esaka station is unbeatable, providing easy access to shops and restaurants, including a Uniqlo right in front. The standard double room had adequate size, and the extra pillows were a nice touch. However, the bed sheets had an unpleasant smell initially, which was rectified by the staff. The room felt a bit cramped despite the amenities, and I expected better freshness in the linens.

I stayed at Shin Osaka Esaka Tokyu Rei for three nights in a Standard Double Room. The location is top-notch, right next to Esaka station. It made getting around Osaka super easy. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including popular chains like Lawson and Starbucks. The staff greeted me warmly and were always helpful with directions. My room was clean and comfortable, but a bit on the small side. I could barely fit my luggage comfortably. The bathroom was compact but functional. Wi-Fi struggled sometimes, especially during peak hours. Still, I enjoyed the convenience of the on-site amenities like the water stations and tea selections. Hot water was plentiful, and the room's climate control worked fairly well once I figured it out. I wish they offered a complimentary breakfast, as the options available were steep. It felt like a great place for quick trips or business stints, but I’d suggest looking for more space if traveling with family or friends.
